Meal Planning

Meal planning is an area of organization where I struggle. Whenever I do it though I immediately see the benefits of doing so: saving money, saving time figuring out dinner, and saving sanity of knowing what I am going to make every night. Although it can be daunting to come up with a weeks worth of recipes, the benefits will out weigh the approximate 30minutes of time spent looking up recipes. Below is a typical week’s worth of meals for my husband and I. Once you know what you are going to cook for the week I find it helpful to gather the recipes all into one place, you could print the recipes, or I use an app called Prepear that helps you to plan with recipes you’ve downloaded via the internet.
